CHANGES IN ORDER

Please email us at help.offgodtate@gmail.com as soon as possible if you realise that you made a mistake with your order, and our staff will do our best to assist you. This covers changes to the order's name, address, sizes, and other details.

Unfortunately, once your order has been packed and shipped, we cannot make any changes to it.

ERRORS IN SHIPPING

If a package is unfortunately undeliverable due to shipping errors or shipping address mistake, it should automatically return to us. This process is out of our control as this is handled by the shipping provider and thus any inability to deliver the package will return to us.

Once it is returned, we will reach out via email and try our best to reship the package to the fixed/ correct address
